We just dropped off our son at Clemson University for his freshman year. I want to thank your company for helping the move-in day be a little less hectic. Both my son and his roommate decided to rent metal loft beds from your company, as well as the microfridge. Everything was in the room when we arrived on Saturday. The beds went together with little effort and the microfridge worked with no problems (the ice cube trays were dirty, so we bought new ones). We saw numerous fathers lugging VERY HEAVY wooden loft bed frames all over campus and felt lucky that our boys decided to rent the metal lofts from your company. We had several upper classmen stop by the room and comment on how nice the beds looked. We give the lofts high marks and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Nice talking to you on the phone today regarding my problem with my daughter's early arrival and her loft delivery. It would be great if you could locate one in O'Bleness Hall that we could pick up on the 29th when we move her in. They told us our move-in window was from 5-7pm on 8/29. I'm not sure how everything will fit without her loft. Unfortunately she has a single so we can't pass this off onto the roommate.
Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated. She will return from California late on 9/4.

1. Was the loft easy to set up? Yes, It was much easier to set up than a wooden loft.
2. Was the loft functional in your room? Yes, It provided me with much more living space.
3. Did the loft create more usable space in the room? Yes.
4. Do you prefer our steel framed loft over wooden lofts? Why or why not? Yes, due to the lighter weight and the ease of assembly
5. Was our staff helpful when you ordered your loft or and/or contacted them for customer service? Yes, it was quite easy to get help if needed.

Everything about the loft was easy and convient, from the delivery to the set-up to the space. I also believe that they are better suited for sleeping than their wooden counter-parts.

Hi, The loft you provided was strong enough to withstand the rigors of a dorm room,gave lots of space, set up very easy. It works well in the room . His roommate has a wooden loft and yours is easily much better. In 10 minutes time it was set up and the bed was made,so it definitely saved time in moving in . Good product!
